Kevin Brown, PT, DPT, CSCS
Kevin Brown is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a former Division I college athlete who founded Performance Therapy Fitness to close the gap he kept seeing in healthcare: patients would recover from an injury, but never build the strength and fitness to truly live without limitations.
His approach blends the science of physical therapy with the accountability and energy of personal training, so you don't just get out of pain, you get strong, confident, and back to the active life you love.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

“I wanted to get fit but neck and shoulder pain was keeping me from moving forward. A gym run by a physical therapist was exactly what I needed. I'm working out twice a week, getting stronger, and resolving the pain. I actually look forward to going to the gym now!”
“After six weeks I'm already seeing positive changes. I don't feel the stiffness in my back and knees, and my movement up and down the stairs is much better. The trainers are great and I'm excited to keep going.”
“This place is great! Austin and Janel are amazing and I can definitely tell a difference in how I feel and how strong I'm becoming.”
“All the trainers are focused on the best plan for each individual. They start with where you are and gradually add on as you get stronger. I really look forward to my sessions and always feel energized. I highly recommend, especially for those in the senior bracket.”
“When I started I was at my lowest point. Finding Performance Therapy changed everything. My workouts were designed for my level with one-on-one support whenever something didn't feel right. I've lost well over 150 pounds and, with two rebuilt knees, I move differently. Forever grateful.”
